Remote Unlocking Explained

Our remote unlocking service is quite simple. Complete the online order form and submit the appropriate payment. After completing payment you will be presented with an 'Unlocking Code' along with simple code-entry instructions. Follow the supplied instructions to enter the unlocking code into your phone and the network restriction will be removed from your phone. Removal of the network restriction allows you to use alternative network sim cards in the phone. Payment can be made via PayPal (Account Holders and Non-Account Holders) or with most Credit/Debit cards!

The unlocking code we supply will remove the network restriction only if the phone has never been subjected to any previous unlock attempts. If you are unsure, please do not order an unlocking code from PhoneGoods. A refund cannot be issued where the unlocking code fails because the phone has been subjected to previous unlock attempts!
